Towards that end, we provide capable insurance support and flexible payment options. Our treatment coordinators are very familiar with coordinating insurance benefits with family budget requirements.
Payment options offered include:
- A “no-interest” office plan with an initial payment and monthly installments.
- A “billing charge” office plan with the initial payment incorporated into the monthly installments.
- A “pre-payment” office plan which includes a fee discount on the portion of the fee not covered by insurance.
Many families utilize automatic bill-paying through their bank or credit union with credit and debit payments also accepted through Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
If you have insurance, we will help you determine the benefit that is available and will submit claims for you on a regular basis. Many times, the benefit can be forwarded to us directly simplifying the process for you.
In recent years, Flexible Spending Accounts have become a more popular way to finance orthodontic treatment and because of the pre-tax advantage, we encourage families to utilize this employee benefit. At your request, receipts will be provided to assist you in your reimbursement process.
