PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Scheduling
Understanding that a visit to our office is only one of a day’s many commitments, we work hard to see patients on time and at a convenient time. This on-going commitment requires families to:
- Schedule their appointments at regular intervals before leaving the office.
- Arrive on time for their appointments.
- Notify us immediately if an appointment cannot be kept.
- Notify us prior to your appointment if there are any loose or broken appliances.
During treatment, longer appointments are sometimes necessary. These are scheduled earlier in the day so we are better able to accommodate patients with shorter appointments during the popular “after-school” segment of our day.
